1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using name services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
name provides hosting infrastructure including game servers, virtual private servers (VPS), and remote desktop (RDP) instances. We offer various plans with different resource allocations, all subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account access with unauthorized users. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, spam, cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly permitted by your plan), DDoS attacks, distribution of malware, or any activity that disrupts our network or other users' services.
5. Payment & Billing
All services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period.
6. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for Starter plans, 99.95% for Pro plans, and 99.99% for Advanced plans. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you are entitled to service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 7 days before permanent deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
name shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
